Metrological infrastructure
The state management for ensuring the uniformity of measurements in the fields of legal metrology is implemented by the authorized body of metrology - the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia and the national body for metrology - CJSC «National Body for Standards and Metrology» (Decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia No. 882-N dated July 04, 2012).

«National Body for Standards and Metrology» CJSC («Armstandard»), designated by the Government of the Republic of Armenia as a National Body of Metrology, established as the national body for metrology by the Government of the Republic of Armenia (Decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia No. 882-N dated July 04, 2012), implements state policy in the field of metrology within the scope of its assigned competencies.
