On 2 October 2026, COOMET is participating in the meeting of the OIML CEEMS Advisory Group — the Advisory Group on matters concerning Countries and Economies with Emerging Metrology Systems.
The discussion focuses on the further development of CEEMS activities and interaction with Regional Legal Metrology Organizations.
Participants are considering feedback from the 60th CIML Meeting, reports from RLMOs on CEEMS activities, and cooperation between the CEEMS Advisory Group and the RLMO Round Table, including possible formats for future interaction.
The agenda also covers current and future CEEMS Advisory Group activities and nominations from RLMOs for the CEEMS AG Awards 2026.
COOMET participation provides an opportunity to share regional experience and proposals and to continue joint work with the OIML and other RLMOs on initiatives supporting the development of metrology systems and wider professional interaction.
