Vladimir Chernyak, Executive Secretary of the Euro-Asian Council for Standardization, Metrology and Certification (EASC) and Director of the EASC Bureau of Standards, visited the COOMET Office in Tashkent.
The visit took place shortly after the signing of the updated Protocol on Cooperation and Interaction between COOMET and EASC in the Field of Metrology and marked another step in the continued development of the partnership between the two organizations, built on mutual trust, open dialogue and a shared commitment to joint initiatives.
During the visit, current areas of cooperation between COOMET and EASC, as well as prospects for further strengthening collaboration for the benefit of the regional and international metrology community, were discussed.
At the conclusion of the visit, Vladimir Chernyak made a commemorative entry in the COOMET Book of Honoured Guests.
